We are pleased to announce the appointment of Brittany Foerster, Vice Principal at Crestwood STEM school as an addition to their current leadership team. Brittany will step into the role beginning the 2026–2027 school year. She holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Lethbridge and a Master of Education in School Administration from Gonzaga University.

Brittany brings a strong background in instructional and inclusive leadership, with experience supporting diverse learners and building staff capacity across multiple school settings. She currently serves as Vice Principal at Southview Community School, where she has led inclusive programming, supported collaborative response structures, and worked closely with staff to strengthen instructional practice and student supports. Brittany has also previously served as Vice Principal at Crestwood STEM School and as a Learning Coach and classroom teacher, giving her a well‑rounded perspective on teaching, learning, and school leadership.

Brittany’s leadership philosophy is grounded in collaboration, clarity, and a commitment to student success. She believes that strong relationships and shared responsibility are essential to meaningful and sustainable improvement. As Brittany notes, “When educators feel supported and aligned in their work, students benefit from consistent, intentional learning experiences that help them thrive both academically and socially.”
